Well, it took 9 years, but me and Mom finally got Grandpa's ashes where he wanted them.

While I was there I got some pics of my sister's dogs. They are both rescues. Betty the bulldog is around 14 or 15(ancient) and the other dog, Miles, is a tripawd. Betty only has one tooth and one eye, but is a trooper.

That is awesome. It may have taken you 9 years, but your grandpa will be flowing in that water for eternity. I have much respect for you in completing a dead man's wishes.

Kudos, bro!

Now, that dog has character!

If and when I get a chance to get another four legged friend, it will be a rescue. Thanks for the posts.

A most fitting tribute Ted. Good for you and your Mom. Nice pooches too. I sometimes think rescue dogs make the best pets. We got Penny from a shelter and she has been a good one. She's got us trained just the way she wants us!
Now I'm not saying she's spoiled or anything but we sometimes call her Princess Poochaloonie.

I love rescue dogs, my oldest daughter's dog is a rescue that we got back in August, last week my youngest daughter got a rescue (I may go back for his sister)
They can be a lot of work, but they repay the work a hundred fold

Wow. I barely had time to click "list" on ebay before they bought my movie collection.

Morning dogs.

Quick question: Who changed my title/rank? I have my suspicions. I LOVE IT!!! I hope y'all decide to leave it that way.

Momma and the kids are doing great. Grace turns three weeks old tomorrow!

Haha, I figured it was you. Thanks for thinking of us, Randy. Maybe I'll buy a 9-11 for myself and rename it the Junk Yard DADDY Dog!

Welp, my little boy and I are off to the dealership for an oil change.

Doesn't seem like it has been that long. Enjoy them before they go out on their own.
