Ryan, it PAYS to keep some small First Aid Supplies in an altoids tin or something on you all the time. You'll be surprised how often you will use something out of it.

I HAVE been looking at one and shoved it under the pillow and somehow with my tossing and turning when I woke up it was out of the sheath. Yikes! I do always have my ASH w/ D-Guard under my pillow. Either you need a sheath with better retention, or you toss and turn like a mad man. The latter makes more sense to me.

At my tables in my "Man cave", where I make my sheaths, I keep a first-aid kit handy. I don't know how many times I cut myself either working on a sheath or wiping down a blade with Ren-Wax! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

A Bussekin sword would be NICE, but not for this Ole Redneck, at least not yet.

Randy,
I couldn't agree more. I always have a small FAK in my EDC bag.

I use that metal soap dish I found at a flea market, band-aids, germ-X, aspirin and anti nausea pills for patty, if you EVER need a really good pill like that, see if your doc will give you a script for Zofran, the ones that dissolve and you just put in your cheek.

YUP! Sometimes I feel a lot older than I am. Here lately I have felt tired all the time again, hope I don't have another bleeding ulcer. My Iron level was down to either 6 or 9 last time and it should have been 25.
