It will be nearly impossible to get to the land in the winter though. The only access is an easment, and he doesn't plan to handle the trail in the winter.

The have a limit of 16', so the one I am looking at is 16'x27'. big enough for me. Once it is built and delivered, you are welcome to come hangout.

If it all works they way I dream, it will have solar panels, and may other self sufficient abilities. Saw dust toilets, well, etc

Back in '89 or '90 I bought a 125ft X 150ft lot on a lake in Tennessee, about 35 miles North of Knoxville. Paid $6000.00 for it. Sold it in '97 for $33k! Wish I had of bought the other three now. But you know what they say about hindsight.
