Yeah. We'll see. I never meant to be a collector, but it's turned out that way. I can't bring myself to use a couple of my LEs and really I don't need as many blades as I have. Still, I can't bring myself to decide what to let go.

Hey like I said, can't hurt. And can't help if he didn't know about it. That's what the Brotherhood is all about, helping out fellow dogs when we can. Thanks guys. GD did give some excellent advice that I will look into once I get time off. Many things mentioned I did not know off.

Morning!
Gun Dog, it is certainly intimidating to figure out what you want from Busse & Kin. Sometimes you think you will love a knife and it ends up not being what you expected, or not feeling right. On the other hand, you may end up loving a knife that you didn't think you would.
In my case, I always wanted an NMFBM. When I got one, I realized that I much prefer Res-C on 10-11 inch blades.

your post timing is funny because I was just walking around with my MOD7 thinking about how I passed on it time after time. finally got it and I can't stop handling it. didn't think I would like it more that my muk or ss4 but it feels right and is aesthetically pleasing at the same time. and the double cut sr77 has a patina from mustard that keeps me starring at it in the sun. this blade has more character after 2 months than any of my other blades and despite not having infi steel and whatever else my MOD7 owns all the others right. the MOD7 for me is kind of like the epitome of what I think scrapyard knives and the yard is all about with just a touch of custom appeal. never saw that coming when I decided to go for it.. Morning!

Still, I can't bring myself to decide what to let go. I know that feeling. My LEs are gone. There's a few unused blades. I'm waiting to see what a couple others are coming out and then I'll be deep six-ing the ones I know I won't use and keeping those that I will. I've already decided the regular Regulator ain't for me--I've owned probably 10 different ones--Regulators, Deregulators, Test Team Regulators, even an LE Regulator (thanks to a fellow Dog), but in the end, I just couldn't get used to the blade shape. The 6" or the Bulldog are a different breed though.
