My doctor said to try Melatonin. I take 3 5mg pills (rapid release) about 15 minutes before bed time. Has actually helped a lot. They're OTC at Wally world.

helps (me at least) with that as well.
Man, EVERYBODY (even the troopers) were due off at 0130 and I've got two troopers here now. One had to take a guy to the ER for blood draw (4th dwi) and the other was involved in a pursuit that started in the county just east of us and went through over half our county East to West.
