sounds like you guys put money in cameras at the same rate as your knives <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I've got about $4-5k in my camera bag. Probably not worth that now, as fast as it depreciates. One of my camera bodies was nearly $3k new, and I paid over $1800 used for it.

Check out GIMP if you are looking for post-production software and don't want to spend the dimes on Photoshop. I use it on all my personal computers. Of course I have the entire Adobe CS 5.1 Master Collection for work, but who wants to spend $2K+ ???
