also have a 1095 koster nessmuck with a scandi edge and quick draw leather sheath.

i should love it, but i never use it. 3V bushcraft all the way, which still isn't as sharp as my Moras.

I like my Wardog, but I have yet to carry it. I'm ordering a couple sheaths from Rainwalker after Blade, and one will be for the Wardog.

How is 3V compared to S30V?

I've got a couple folders made from S30V, and it's great for edge retention. Matter of fact, I've only sharpened them once each in about 4 years.

They were both EDC at one point. Now I carry a Swiss army knife EDC.

3V isn't stainless, it's said to be one of those ultra tough tool steels. i honestly couldn't compare it to s30v because my UKPK never seems to dull and it's one of my main knives. I sharpen the 3v Koster all the time, just to see how sharp i can get a knife.

i never use my zt302 or buck 110 alaskan guide.

Here of late, I've been carrying my $12 Mora with me fishing and messing around outside. It's by far the sharpest knife I ever picked up in the store, and easiest to maintain.

My Leatherman Skeletool gets more use than all my other blades combined. My Marine Corps NCO sword is coming out of the scabars tomorrow. I volunteered to drill a platoon in a military appreciation ceremony tomorrow.

i honestly feel like this sog trident folder would make a fine bushcraft and survival knife. that thin blade is great. all the fools on youtube reviewing it think that's bad.

I've lost my Buck multi-tool somewhere. I had it fishing a couple weeks ago, and just noticed that I couldn't find it when I was getting ready for work today. I'm hoping that it fell behind my truck seat or something.
