Yamaha V Star 650, it's a smaller bike than I wanted but the price was right and I could get one now instead of waiting til next spring. THIS is the one I ended up getting.

I've been told that the 650 Yamaha is more like a Honda 750 power wise. If that turns out to be the case, I'll be happy for a while.

I think it'll work fine for bopping around town, and I don't plan on taking any big trips with it.
