I'll probably ride it this year and trade it next year on the Harley I'm wanting, or at least that's the plan.

You are probably better off with a smaller bike for a few months to get back into the swing of things

I've been told that the 650 Yamaha is more like a Honda 750 power wise. If that turns out to be the case, I'll be happy for a while.

I think it'll work fine for bopping around town, and I don't plan on taking any big trips with it.
