No tension Skunk. I have been doing this for 20 years. I have pulled a lot of people of of mountain sides. There are much worse calls to go on. They died doing what they loved. Not a bad way to check out.

That sounds like a pretty darned good deal to me Todd. Treadmills ain't cheap.

It's not a big fancy one, but my brother is about my size and he said he walked on it when they first got it.

Biggest problem I have is finding a place to put it.

At least its a folding model. I can fold it up and roll it into the back room.

The price is right. I gave my old one to my sister in law. I traded a fish tank for it. It was fine for walking but the belt slipped when I ran and made for an interesting jog.

Well moving it around the house is a good exercise too!

I know we get used to this kind of thing MB, but still the loss of life is never good thing, even for scumbags and THEY many of them, deserve it.

THAT Is the problem Todd, we soon grow tired of things, BEFORE we can develop them as a habit that we will continue with.

I am half tempted to do a treadmill day on one of my days off. Just walk on the treadmill all day to see how far/long i can go without getting bored to death or too tired.

I was on it today for about 45 minutes.
