I have to say that they way they went was a good way to go. Doing something you love in a great place. You could do worse. It was fast and relatively painless. Natural causes.
Death happens. I guess I stopped worrying about how I will go years ago. I have had enough near misses with death that when my time comes it comes. Hopefully its a natural death. Otherwise I'm taking some with me................LOL, preferably whomever caused it.

I guess the best way you can go would be in your sleep. If not in your sleep, at least doing what you enjoy and love doing.

I have been knocking out 3 miles a day. I am still waiting on a lot of running. After surgery I still need to build up the muscles and lose some weight.

Found out the other night my Geography is a LOT worse than I thought. I didn't realize Finland Bordered Russia on the Eastern Front. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" />

When I was in Japan, I cycled everywhere. Sold my car and used Bicycles the last year and a half I was there.
There's NO way that I would try cycling around here, folks just aren't used to bicycles sharing the road with them and WON'T consider the fact that Bicycles have the same rights on the road as motorized vehicles.
