I have had days like that. Fixing the knee, losing 30 Lbs and excercising has me feeling much better. I still have a ways to go but I'm on the right track.

Now, when the weather is getting warmer and there are no sub 0 celsius temps in the night I´ll start cycling to work. It´s 16km one way. Got my cycle from the service last week.

I had lost about 40 pounds, but I've put most of it back on. I plan on hitting that treadmill hard now that I've got one.

I am on a low carb diet. With the knee fixed I am back to regular works outs. I cut out everything I drink except water. I drink a bunch of water 100 + ounces a day The weight loss has been pretty quick and I have been very strict on the diet. I will cheat on Friday and Saturday but then right back on the wagon Sunday.
