Well my fur ball friends it´s time for me to logoff and check the mailbox if my new 911 has arrived. Thanks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> We have been taught english since 3rd grade, and most TV show are in english. We have subtitles. Not like in Germany and France(and most other european countries) where all movies and tv shows are translated. John Wayne saying "Hände hoch"(hands up) is just not the same <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> You should hear him talk in JAPANESE! talk about funny!

But yes, she knows her business. Think I almost drove her crazy when I ordered my 511. It was returned, because of the Danish postal service, and it was a HUGE hastle for me to find a way to get it here. A lot of e-mails and 1000$ later I got my 511 and the Basic 6.
But she was really cool about it.

They are real people. They realize when something happens that is not the fault of the person ordering. They are VERY customer service orientated. THAT is a VERY welcome attribute in today's business world.
