If I could be nosy, what do you do?

I presume you know I am a Dispatcher for a Law Enforcement (county sheriff) agency.

I am an optometist. Making glasses and contactlinses.
People pay a lot of money for their glasses, and it is a very personal thing, so they should recieve proper customer service.
In Dk glasses are pretty expensive. So it has to be well worth it for the customer to lay down 1500$ for their glasses.

Good Career! It is good that you care for your customers, especially for something as important as their eyesight! I know how much better I feel when I go to get new glasses and I have get someone that actually cares versus someone who is only "Doing their job".

I do also spend a lot of time teaching my employees to perform well when it comes to service. It creates som very loyal customers it they are treated well.

Yes it does, GOOD business ethics will bring loyalty AND spread very favorably from person to person.

I have tried, but all the pics I have tried with, don't fit... Something about size or pixels...

Well what I did was find something I like. Then I upload it to Flickr (just what I use) then I think you copy the url in the section of this site for avatars and it should come up, maybe.

Best answer for you, contact Tom or maybe even JJ and ask them how to do it. JJ actually made my avatar (made the plunger to shoot). For my avatar, I just typed in avatars, highlighted images and started looking until I found the one I liked.

I use Photo Bucket, but I guess it's the same. Posting pics is no problem, but the avatar is more tricky. If I fail again, I'll ask those guys.

Once you find the avatar you like, copy the url address. Then come back here and go to MY HOME at the top of any page and once there click on the "email, password line and on the far right you will see EDIT. Click on that and then on the next page scroll down to the bottom where you will see a section talking about avatars. Just copy the url for your avatar there and you "Hopefully" will have an avatar.
