A lot of people don't realize how nice a small custom paring knife for the kitchen can be. People get stuck in the 'disposable ginsu' world, and have no idea how good it is over here in knifenutland. A lot of people don't realize how nice a small custom paring knife for the kitchen can be. People get stuck in the 'disposable ginsu' world, and have no idea how good it is over here in knifenutland. I will second that back at home my Dad got my mom a nice custom 4 inch full flat grind mapel handelded knife. at the next show we saw him [that maker] he got a matching 4 inch paring blade and a 6.5 chief knife they are the sweetest for fruits and veggies.

wow I just ate 1/3 container of Ice Cream ir was flipping good, the flavor was peanut butter panic.
