The 15 was with my guys and mids. I have been pulling two shifts for a bit the next shift is short supervisors and we have a healthy overlap. The most I can have if everyone is healthy and shows up is 14.

We are hurting badly. I had 8 and the next shift had 7. We need 15-20 to handle the call volume on my shift alone.

One is the Sheriff, one the chief deputy, one the investigator, one doesn't even work here (he runs the juvenile detention center but has a commission), one is our drug task force officer, and one paper server.
