I have been working and still have a couple days to go. I will say people have not been at their stellar best this weekend around here.

Doc told me I need to loose weight and get my BP down. Patty needs to exercise as well but DOES NOT SWEAT so her outside (Heat wise) time is very limited.
We're looking at a treadmill. I am looking at a Golds gym (570 crosswalk), one by Epic (TL2200) and the proform (590T). Any suggestions?

Skunk check out proform online. Thats where I got mine and I have been very happy. I got a commercial grade one for the price of a home treadmill. Also check out megafitness.com
Alot of it depends on your price range. I bought when they were pushing the previous years models out the door and got free shipping and about 50% off buying the previous years model.

Thanks MB. the proform is the leading brand we are thinking about.
How hard are they to put together?

Mine wasn't hard to put together. I did it by myself including getting it into the basement. It was very heavy. It was probably a 3 man job with the one I got. But I am stubborn strong and stupid at times. .
I have been very happy so far.
I got it a little over a year ago and have 150 miles on it. I put 100 on before I injured my knee and had surgery then another 50 in the past couple months.

You could do a pretty nice setup with a misting fan for Patty. I have to say as bad as I hate running or walking on a treadmill I hurt less and weather isn't an excuse to miss a cardio session.
Its one of my favorite pieces of equipment. As much as I hate it . It had helped me drop a bunch of weight over the past 2 months.

I think that we are going to get one, now to just decide on WHICH one.
Thanks MB.
Sorry for the hijack Jared, I hope Y'all will forgive me.

haha, that WOULD keep them occupied. And it looks like that the escape door might be left open just in case you needed to make a hasty departure.

Yeah I read about that, Scary! I wish that the winters we have here would keep them in warmer climates for a while though. But considering Zombies can't feel anything (sounds more like Washington all the time) the weather wouldn't be a factor.
