$550.99 We got a Nordictrack T5.7 Treadmill. The doctor warned me in needed to loose at least 20 pounds and I had to get my BP down to at least 130 for an upper number or he was going to have to double my BP meds. AND by loosing weight he thinks I MIGHT be able to get off or at least decrease my diabetes meds. PLUS Patty needs it for the same thing. She can't take the diabetes medication any more because it is hard on her kidneys and her kidneys are not functioning very well as it is.

Is that all from your bike mishap?

I need to get back on the treadmill myself. I've quit taking my diabetes meds and trying to regulate it through my diet. Most of the time I'm ok, but every now and then I can tell my sugar is up a little.

Walking does wonders for lowering your blood sugar, and your BP too, I'd imagine.

JJ, I've had broke ribs a couple times, and I think that was the most miserable times of my life. Nothing you can do to help them, and God forbid you should cough or sneeze or laugh.
