Well, Tuesday made the second time I was hit by a vehicle (neither time was I in a car), Fell from a two story roof top during a training exercise, martial arts training a few times, got hurt on one deployment, bicycle wrecks as a child, fell out of a tree etc etc
I am clumsy by no means, careless and reckless I am.
I have been very lucky as to not getting any permanent injuries that stop me from serving in the Corps. I lost hearing and that almost did, but I showed devotion and they gave me a waiver. I can't fully rotate my left forearm but I can still pass a physical fitness test with flying colors, so they leave me alone about it.
I spoke with the Veterans Affairs rep, and she told me at first look, I qualify for 100 percent disability and can get an honorable discharge whenever I want with severance pay, but I think that is poo. I perform well. They are going to have to kick me out. Oorah!

Actually The travel channel(?) said that panama was the place to retire at. Good medical care, phone, electric, internet and all the other nice to have amenities. PLUS the cost of property wasn't bad unless you wanted smack dab in the middle of the tourist areas.
