I do it all the time. It all goes to the same place anyway, and there's always room in the dumpster here.

I'm trying to come with some kind of form for us to use to track our treadmill usage. I want to of course track the time, distance, incline, and speed. Oh and of course the date. And a place for each one of our names would be nice. I MIGHT have to do it by hand, and I am NOT an artist.
