I GOT IT! I was playing around with it and hit the space bar. That took it down an entire row. I just did that enough times to take up an entire page and it's there! I got the column name across the top and just blank (Cells) below each one for an entire page. I think it will work for us.

Good a day as any. First day is always the hardest.

What I meant was that we will start recording our results today.

The first day, ALL I could do was a quarter mile and I was whupped! Patty did a mile, the show off.

The second day I did a mile and a couple hundred feet in 25 minutes. Patty did a mile.

Today I did a mile and a few hundred cool down feet in 22 minutes at a 3 percent incline with a probably 2.5-2.75 speed. Patty could only do a half mile today.

Hey, we are going to have our good days and our bad days. Plus we are just starting out so it is going to be harder and I am sure we might have a tendency to go to hard at first.

Gotcha.

When I was walking every day, I could do 3 miles on 6-8 degree incline in under an hour. Usually got 3.1 or 3.2 miles in an hour, which was where I stopped.

My legs are short, so I can't walk much over 3.2 mph, but I can go 3.0 mph for a long time without getting tired. Or I should say that I used to be able to go for a while. Probably not now.
