Probably about 85 percent of my time Thursday was at 3mph and maybe 75 percent of that time was at 3 percent incline.

I gotta get back into it. Like I told you a minute ago, first day is the hardest.

Mine is mainly because of Patty. I told her what my doctor said about me loosing weight and my blood pressure and she got all over me. Then she said she needed to do it as well since she can't take diabetes meds any more because of her kidneys. Only thing she can do (at least for now)is by diet and exercise.

We're having computer issues, our records system is down system wide, my partner's DMV access and electronic warrant system access went out, and if we sign out of anything we can't get back in.

Our IT guys are supposed to be working on it this morning, but it's been down 2 nights already.
