Oh I don't plan to quit, I'm pretty bull headed. AND I actually like walking on it. I guess I need to get an mp3 player and figure out how to put music on it so I can get some good stuff to listen to. You can plug your mp3 up to it and use the Treadmills speakers.

Good think I like long hair music and the classics from the 50's through the 80's. Plenty of stuff to choose from.

I actually don't need any music to stay on the treadmill, I guess my mind just goes into hibernation or something and I just pick em up and put em down.

If you want to try audiobooks, I have many you can have. Easy to get too. I'll give you my log on credentials to Audibles and you can download any book in my library to your heart's content.

I do like baked fish though. actually I have some in the freezer I need to thaw out and fix.

Actually that is the type of meat we mostly eat. Beef is ok, but I actually would rather just have squawkers and oinkers.
