I ordered two, for the price I couldn't resist. I would have liked to see them a little thinner but they look awfully nice regardless.

This is an interesting twist... It does have a better look to it. 1/4" is a problem for me, but it is a super cool knife. I am surprised to see the handle change...I would have thought if you change from the Mudders, you would go with the WarDog handle. That would make it pretty close to a Fatty B4, SYKCO style <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I'm sure Dan worked hard to make this one just right in hand....the Yard will eat this up! We put it to a vote with the production team and decided on the small res handle since it gave a much better feel. As you know I am a huge fan of the mudder handle but the balance was just not right so you now have what I believe is the best combination of feel and balance. You can also expect to see the War Dog handle on other potential knives in the future since I realliy like the design and feel. Dan

Excellent Big Dog! I never said it, but comparing the choil thicknesses on the 711 ( 1/4" thick ) and the 311. I was pretty sure the 311 was a typo <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. Pumped as can be.

I used this http://www.stars21.com/translator/Then I typed in your sig line and that is what came out. This is the same translator I used when Timo and I were going back and forth in Finnish.
