Guys, whatever light you opt for, especially if it is on a shotgun, make sure you shoot the gun with the light mounted and TURNED ON before you trust it. Thinking your light is shock isolated because you shoot it on the gun but turned "off" and can then later turn it on, can give you a false sense of security....esp w/ a shotgun, and yes, even with surefire.

Haha, at least you did something constructive. I was wondering about if 45colt rounds would cycle through my bolt action Stevens 410. I got to thinking they probably would, but it is a smooth bore, so there wouldn't be any accuracy! Besides, I don't think I would want to do something like that for a gun that wasn't designed for it. Hey, I guess getting older DOES make you wiser! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
But it sure would be neat if it would work.

I like how some of the new Remington barrels come set up for choke tubes. it makes it more useful since it takes the full line of remchokes. better for customizing your shot pattern and if SHTF you can put in tight chokes and use bird shot for hunting.

Still waiting for this thing to show up. I thought the seller had already shipped but I found out that he might be getting around to it today. I was hoping to be able to shoot it this set of off days but it's not in the cards. Good news is that I'll be getting my shotgun, my Glock, my Basic 11 back from the custom shop, and my RatManDu Proto from knife hunter on probably the same day!

This Remington 870 Police has a C&C side folding stock. I like it because it feels like my FAL. Sure Fire for end, 7-shot mag., Side saddle, Rem chokes added to barell and modified forcing cone. Express Big Dot rifle sights, Jumbo safety button and hi visibility follower. ![[Linked Image from i947.photobucket.com]](http://i947.photobucket.com/albums/ad312/DHOOKER2/207.jpg) ![[Linked Image from i947.photobucket.com]](http://i947.photobucket.com/albums/ad312/DHOOKER2/206.jpg)

Something a little less compact is this Benelli M2 Field with 24" barell, Nordic +6 magazine, shureshell carrier, jumbo carrier release and bolt knob. Had to take the light off though, with too much mass the gun won't run with it's inertia system. ![[Linked Image from i947.photobucket.com]](http://i947.photobucket.com/albums/ad312/DHOOKER2/205.jpg)
