I want the 911 next. I need a big knife for the summer to hunt elusive fat wood deposits. I also have a bet going with my buddy for moose hunting this year. He is going to gut/skin/quarter etc his with his much loved sanmai trailmaster. I am going to race him on my moose with the 911 which I'm sure will be out by then. SR101 please so I can put his edge retention to shame. And convex too please. I don't like the handle on the rodent 9 or I would have bought one. Don't make me by a lesser knife just to have a showdown with my buddy on bulk winkle!
I also fully realize that 9" knives are not the ideal tool for making moose burgers but it's something that need settling between the two of us.

Well I'm only half way through my Busse coffee and I realize...I'm gonna buy both sooooooooo anything will be cool!

PERSONALLY, I think that the 911 Emotional Heart string tugging is beating out the 411 requests. I mean it WILL soon be time to prepare wood for the campfires. AND we already have a "Small" blade that will suffice until the 411 does come out in Late April or May. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I will say 411. I dont really use blades over 5 and 6 inches.
