In regards to the roll in your edge......
I usually just use a burnishing rod to "push" the steel back into the correct shape. INFI is quite malleable at 58-60 RC and this is quite easily accomplished. The less sharpening you can do the better as it will preserve your edge geometry. If you don't own a burnishing rod, I can recommend the following which is hardened to 64 RC and good for MOST production blades.

Burnishing is essentially steeling while holding for the proper angle, but the difference is that you have to use more pressure to "push" the edge back into alignment when you have visible rolls on your edge.
Once you've pushed the roll back into shape, you can then lightly steel the edge at the sharpening angle and then strop. You should be shaving hair at this point with your B4LE.....
