I want to get a drop leg set up for wearing at the range and in shtf. I want a kydex or similar material holster that will hold up well and hold the pistol tight. I want it to be a level two holster with out to much to undo to draw. does anyone here have any recomendations? I want to be able to have the pistol on when wearing my BOB and a normal belt holster will not wrork because the padded waist straps. the pack is a blackhawk! cyclone and does have molle webing if anyone has a holster or can recomend a holster that is molle compatible let me know.

Drop leg holsters are not particularly suited to long rage travel on foot. There are a limited number of quality holsters available. Just stay away from the SERPA.

My duty belt. But I have a Safariland drop holster for when I am wearing heavies. A vest with a holster attached to the front is an option. They are easy to travel with. The drop holsters are a lot of weight swinging around to travel more than a few miles. Most of us that use them is because we are wearing too much armor for the belt carry to be an option. And they we arent do much more than entry or containment.

I guess for the layperson a SERPA is probably ok. But in the professional realm they are crap. Training accident aside they break and have locked weapons in place with debris from gravel and pieces of the holster itself and the mechanisms break.
Too many other options to go with an iffy holster if you are betting your life on it.

If you are determined to get a drop leg holster look at Safariland SLS and the ALS systems. I have a SLS system that works just fine.

What MB said for the most part. I pretty much carry a handgun in an SLS holster no matter the type of carry, belt, concealment (though I have a Safailand 702 open top triggerguard jack holster) and thigh. Though there are certainly better concealment holsters about, keeping some consistency in release/draw is a huge advantage when you have to work by instinct, it is also very helpful in keeping a few spare parts available.
MB hits the nail on the head about walking long distances with a thigh rig on, it sucks (more so if you are made to RUN to the range and back a few times to warm up ). IF speed of draw/retention is not your biggest concern some of the cordura thigh rigs will be more comfortable. I have an Eagle made jobby that dates back to the 80s that is still goping strong and is not too bad on the leg. if you use the secondary retention on it, it is not so quick to draw, if you don't use this it is very fast but I would not want to rely upon it to always retain my sidearm in a run/fall/trip/stumble/crawl/dig a hole to hide in with my eyelids situation..
If I were you I would borrow one and go walk up and down some hills with it for a couple of hours before you outlay the $$s. My first recommendation would still be a Safariland 6004 or 6005 (the 6004 is now out of production I think but can be picked up new or little used from e-whore at reasonable prices).

It's not a drop leg, and it's not big on concealment, but the Guide Choice Chest Holster ( http://www.diamonddcustomleather.com/Chest_Holsters.php) is a supper comfortable way to cary a firearm. Great for car or foot travel and outstanding leatherwork too. Have one for my Glock 17 and love it.
