At $750+ a pop, that's a lot more cash than even I can squirrel away. Besides, if I dropped that kind of coin on a knife, I don't think I could bring myself to use it!

Is the KZ really that much better (like $600 better) than a HI Khuk? Maybe a blasphemous question, but a valid one nonetheless <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

There was a time when I considered a KZ, but every one of my HOG friends who either had a KZ, or had handled one convinced me that I'd be much happier with a HI and the extra cash.

I still think the KZ is Bad, but it's no longer on my wish list.

If Dan or the Swamp make one I'll get it.

That would make it more reasonable. I figure $200 from the Yard, $300 from the Swamp. Competition finish would be nice <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

The KZ seems a bit more robust.

The HI is thicker at the spine, the kz has a wider blade, the zilla transfers way less shock to the handle and has a much bigger sweet spot.

For me it's the DFLE, NMFBM and Basic 11, not always necessarily in that order. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Lately it's been the NMFBM though, that thing is a BEAST!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
