Agreed once again. It has replaced my ASH-1 w/ D-Guard as my always at arms length knife. I sleep with it in a position where I would be able to grab it in a second should I need to.

I don't live in a bad neighborhood, but sh*t does go down. Recently a BU student was shot to death down the road a mile from me and earlier this year, an intruder stabbed a woman to death on my street. Always be prepared! God forbid someone would sneak in theough my porch door, but I'd they did, they'd get a knife to their throat rather than my wallet. I'd hate to ever be in that situation, but the TG is the perfect knife to have if it happened

I convexed a user TG for a fellow a while back. It was really thick edged, and I had to take a lot of steel off it. It looked much better in natural light. I hope he liked it ok. Never heard from him, so I guess it was ok. It's a beast.

I thought I'd prefer the original TG, but I think I like having the LB version, since I already have the NMSFNO. I still want an original satin TG Bowie.

When I held the TG at a show I was impressed with it but not enough to make me want it. Like Vic said you can tell it is a combat knife, and I do have a few of those---don't want to use them for that as there is no real winners in a knife fight. Besides, that is why the good Lord let gunpowder be invented.

Hey flux I got my BB delivery yesterday. Played with it last night and figured out how I wanted the chopping lanyard on. ran the loop through the lanyard hole, then through the last of the handle holes and pulled it tight. He really did a good job on it. I've already sent him an email about a couple more things.
