Welcome to Yard! I suspect you did have thorough knowledge of this little "knife safehaven" before diving in...

Actually, I would love to know which knife/knives you hold as your own? I set my girl up with a 311

Although I don't have as many knives as Tom (approximately equal to the number of dollars in our national debt ) my modest selection covers all of my knife needs and the handles fit my hand well........
Swamp Warden and Cupidvore - these fit nicely into even the smallest purse or pocket - good around the kitchen for almost anything - great for small detail crafting Scrapper 5 and Boss Jack - handy around the kitchen for meat trimming and prepping watermelons, etc. - good for heavier crafting (cardboard and softer wood) ScrapMax - the super fine blade is EXCELLENT for slicing whatever
I shy away from the bigger blades - they tend to have larger handles that make for an odd grip and my fingers keep getting in the way (and I'm kind of clumsy ) - I just can't stand the blood and screaming !

Small hands and big blades often don't mix Whenever my girlfriend gets her hands on my 711 it just looks odd, and I fear for her safety. Would hate for her to loose a finger or two
Thanks for the update!
