I'm sure this must have been posted before at some time but if you could only have one Busse-Kin knife ( Busse,Scrapyard or Swamprat )and this would have to serve for all your needs, which would it be ?
Pics would be nice if you already have the knife !

My three most used are my YK/ M9 le / and Muk le , and if i could only have one of them it would be the M9. Now if i could only have one that i do not currently own would be an original Natural Outlaw le with the rattle snake pattern scales. Nice post Pitman.

Out of the ones that I have I would go with my Wardog. I do have a RMD and 711 but I like the INFI factor and the weight to blade length is great(6.2oz and 5" blade) ![[Linked Image from i1151.photobucket.com]](http://i1151.photobucket.com/albums/o634/RUNIT8/IMG_3056.jpg) If I could have anything it would be a Busse DSF. That is the one.

Either my RMD, Chopweiler, or 711. As an aspiring JYD, and recent inductee as a Dog of the Round Bowl, I will go with the 711!

As far as knives I own I would say either my Basic 9 or BWM LE but if we can count "will owns" then I say SHBM FTW!!!

Oh man, tough decision. It would have to be one of the following.
1. Bulldog regulator... Large enough to do "Building" jobs yet with a 7 and a half inch blade it can work for other smaller purposes if you choke up on the blade, ie hold the blade about halfway in your hand.
2. Regulator... For the same reasons as stated above.
3. S5... GREAT midsize blade, sort of broad for a 5 inch blade, but not so broad that it would hinder any kind of use (inside body cavity use). It's an iconic blade shape and size, A great "Do anything" blade.
4. Wardog... Nothing more really needs to be said. Just a reiteration of the S5 observation.
OK, As much as I like the Bulldog AND the Wardog, and the Wardog handle, to me is FANTASTIC I would have to go with the S5, although I would rather go with the Wardog.
I guess I am old fashioned (and with todays steels and HT it no longer applies) where blade size, thickness and broadness, indicated how sturdy the blade would actually be.
So, in summation I would rank MY choices, (and I am not 100 percent happy with my overall choice), I would go with:
1. S5 2. Wardog 3. Bulldog.
(Of course my Cupidvore or Swamp Warden would be around my neck or in my boot)!
So my THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE blade would be......S5. And that is ONLY because of what I said above about the blade. Overall I like the Wardog better though.

For a LONG time that knife was the ASH-1, but now it is the SFNO Le. I haven't got one, but come august, I will focus my energy on getting one.
I have tried ordering one from the custom shop, but I am not getting any reply...
SFNO will be king some day.
