I would use the rucki or larger for a smaller chance of getting messy.

Scrapizashi, long and light enough for all day slaying. I think the scrapizashi has a better recovery time than the hawk although the hawk throws better for a long kill. I like a little moe reach then the TG gives. My 10/22 with really pointy bullets would even be better.
