Does make things easier at night. Lot less traffic. More pleasant driving for sure.

We used to leave here at midnight headed to the beach and get there and watch the sun come up over the ocean. Many many years ago.

That's back when there were NO interstates or four lane roads to the beach other than around Charlotte. Made for a long ride, especially if you get on those two lane roads behind a farm tractor. Driving at night made MUCH more sense.

Going out to water the garden soon. Using city water so we aren't stressing the well, so have to fill drums and use a generator and pump to get the job done.
