Anyone here not own a pocket knife? I don't own a dedicated pocket knife, only a multitool...
I only have fixed knives at the moment. I´ve been thinking about getting a nice folder.

Where is the Elmax steel sourced from?
Dan posted that it´s a Bohler-Uddeholm steel

UDDEHOLM ELMAX®
(Powder Metallurgy Stainless Mold Steel)

A through-hardening corrosion resistant mold steel made by powder metallurgy processing techniques. The high wear resistance makes ELMAX® suitable for long production runs; e.g. electronic parts.

That's quite interesting that it is a mold steel. Never would have guessed that.

I need to find me a cheap beater Dogfather. I miss the one I had.
Perhaps the 911 can substitute?

Bema, look for a Rat Trap folder on the BF exchange. They look pretty nice.

The Rat Trap folders are sweet! Much bigger than I thought they would be. Very smooth.

I'd get one if I was into folders.
