Bema, tell me about your favorite knives. I´ll start w/ this one since it´s just one question. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Right now I´m favouring my scrap yard 311. Very stout little blade. I´ve thinned it out for better slicing capabilities.
