It varies state by state. Hopefully it will be an easy process for you, specially considering how the father is consenting.
Oh and I use Beeman Pointed pellets.

Oh and talking about pellet guns, the state of Missouri, at least this area of the state is allowing deer hunting this year WITH AN AIR GUN! Yup, but it has to be at least a 40cal and must be charged by an external high pressure air supply. I figure they mean something like a scuba tank to charge the rifle's supply tank.

what exactly is your job? If you dont mind me asking I (and rth548, Todd) are Dispatchers for our Sheriff's departments. I'm here in southeast Missouri and Todd is in North Carolina. We have a lot of cops, or at least law enforcement related employees on the site. From Finland, Italy, Transylvania and all over the States.
