she has the Gamo one with the "suppressor" on it. Not that an airgun needs one , but she digs it..Its a 'cool' factor

Neither of ours shot well enough to zero out of the box. Had a substantial break in period Well I bought mine when I was stationed in North Carolina. I think I got it in EARLY '92. I also bought a steel .22 rimfire bullet trap. I set it up in my apartment and could get about a 12 yard range from setting against the front door and shooting down the hallway to the back wall of the back bedroom. Had a 4 power Beeman SS4 scope in it for a while and I could shoot all day (IF I did my part) and cover the holes with a nickel. And many of the groups were dime sized. Pretty good for me!

I would have gone with a 22 cal pellet rifle but the gun store didn't have on so I got the .177. Hey, it's worked for me and that's what counts. A couple times I have thought about upgrading but then thought, WHY spend another 250-250 on another pellet rifle when this one works fine.
