Last week I've seen a lot of movement in this thread at crazy times, for you in US, but it looks like people who got their JYD# quickly slacked on the pace...

Happens a lot. They bust their butts getting to JYD, then have to take a little time off to catch their breath.

I do the same thing from time to time. I haven't posted a lot in the past week or so, just needed to take a little time off from the forum and regroup, so to speak.

As much as I love the Yard and my brothers on here, I have days that I just don't feel like talking too much. Those days I just read and MAYBE make an occasional comment, but I don't get involved in conversations.

Then some nights, you can't shut me up!

What I like about here and the Swamp forums is that it is quieter than BF. People here are a lot more dedicated and show higher culture in dealing with each other.

yeah, the Hog culture over on BF doesn't appeal to me at all. I don't like all the rude comments toward others. I don't even visit there unless I'm looking for something specific, and I surely don't linger.

I don't mind the usuals... but every now and then someone shows up that... just leaves a bad taste in the mouth...

When the Yard was down this last time, and a few of us started a thread over there on BF just to keep up with each other, some of the Hogs made it a point to come into our thread and be, well, Hogs. Rude, obnoxious, etc. It just reinforced my desire to not deal with the BF BS.

However without the Bully, the intensity of chatter has dropped... Lots of unanswered requests... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Never been to the Swamp. Just always been pretty happy here.
