I am to a degree.. I have a Cold Steel one that chops extremely well, but somehow the B10 does noticably better

I honestly would not be surprised if the FDM is the 11-11....Dan made the announcement almost the same day I posted a thread asking how many people would want one.

I think that too, but I hate to assume, so I hope its other things. It was posted that he was prototyping, and I dont think he would have to do much of that for an 11-11

And Dan also mentioned in the original post that he listened to what us dogs asked for.... so who knows. He won't be hurting anyones feeling's with this blade, that's for sure.
