I've tasted home-made sauces that are better, but sweet baby rays is actually quite good.

I prefer KC Masterpiece myself, but i grew up on Kraft which is also decent. A lot of it depends on what you go for. KC, Sweet Baby Rays, Kraft, all are very sweet sauces, some don't like that.

I like to take KC Honey BBQ and mix some chopped hot peppers and garlic in so you get the sweet and a nice hot kick to boot.

I'm going to have to try that next time. Will have to mix it for myself though. My wife hates anything spicy. If i snuck that in, she'd take one of my knives and scalp me.

You could always use it for dipping sauce.

That might work. My wife thinks the way i eat is crazy anyway. We'll have roast beef with potatoes and carrots and i'll get out the A-1 and give everything a liberal splash down and she looks at me like i should be fitted with a straight jacket, immediately.

Just remember to simmer it after you throw the peppers and garlic in. The longer you do the hotter it will get.
