Just his pork steaks along are a MINIMUM of 8 inches long, about 5 inches wide and I think about a inch and a half thick. And his sides, try about a cup and a half to two cups of baked beans, potato salad or cole slaw. His baked potatoes are guaranteed to be at least 12-14 ounces. Try that for a meal!

And his pulled pork plates are about a pound and half of meet!

I'm a big eater. But I can't eat one of his meals in one setting without stuffing myself so much I feel sick.

Oh and we got a FANTASTIC ribs place, it's called "The Hickory Log" and is in a town about 22 miles away. AND once a year a town about 20 miles the other direction has their week long homecommers and feature Goat Burgers! YUM YUM!

Never had a Goat Burger. How are they?

Oh and they use a dry rub, the kind I I like much better. PLUS there is another place in the same town,(It's a quick shop) that makes an exceptional rib too. (In my humble opinion) Dry rub ribs with more pepper that is really tasty.
