My 223 AR pistol is a hoot to shoot <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. Not the most practical but fun none the less.

do you shoot your pistol with a sling?

plays around with sling tension and seems like it helps a lot webb shooting pistols that are based on rifles.

I use a single point bungie sling with it. It makes life much easier.

been thinking a sling and bipod on a .300 upper might get what im wanting. or thinking of getting a .357 lever pistol and doing the sbr thing. can't tell which makes more sense... thinking max portablitily but capable of hunting.

might have to consider .223 though since .300 aac would still be adding a caliber...

My problem is that I really like a bunch of different rifles and pistols. I would be broke if I bought a quarter of what I want.

why I keep trying to lump them all into one. like the ar platform because it can be turned into almost anything. but really I don't think I care for the ar platform.

keep coming back to the sbr .357 lever. thinking one of these might be a good all around rifle. just want it shorter than 16".

but I hate the whole sbr stuff... so I always end back at the .300 ar for versatility.

I like that. I really like SBR's I just haven't spring for a tax stamp and built one yet.

I am a big lever action rifle fan. I like the medium loop lver on that one. I need/want to search for one for my Guide Gun.

but I also wonder if ar prices are going to jump come november. hate to look back a year from now and be kicking myself. still remember watching the price rise in the sgl21's. didn't really believe they would go up $300 in price. still want one with green furniture but now I just don't want to lay that much for one...

All guns prices go up around election time. Because of recent events I wouldn't be surprised if prices are already up.
