Actually the dealings we have had with these folks has always been positive in the past. I hope it continues that way.

I have Comcast at home, and never had a problem. Heard plenty of other horror stories, but mine has been solid. The only time i've ever had an issue is when lightning hit a tree about 100ft from our house, but that was hardly their fault. Fried the router and my wireless switch. That was the last time i was too lazy to put surge protection on my network components.

Well somehow I lost a post.
We have SEMO Communications (Southeast Missouri Communications) as our cable/internet folks. Our actual ISP (if that is what they are) is a place called Cablerocket. Don't know who their parent company is, if they have one.
