well the knife was washed with soap and water after the steak. there was some rem oil on the blade though. all my knives are now on the bottom of the safe. and with no insurance the er trip would have cost to much

the cut was so perfect the blood didnt start to flow for about a minute. but when it did it was a stream that's when you know a knife is SHARP!!
