They are great rifles, and you can tinker with them as much as you want.

I've had mine since the 80's, shot thousands of rounds through it and I've only cleaned it two or three times. It's ultra-reliable and accurate enough to shoot a squirrel in the eye at 40-50 yards.

You should see what JJ (Jarheadjournalist) has done to his AND plans to do to it.

He has the TD verison. plus he has the 2245 and has a suppressor on order that he will be fitting up to work on either one. He has nice toys! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
