It was a nice day in MINGO today. Had a high of 88, but the humidity was really low for here and it didn't seem that hot at all.

I really like the 911. It won't chop as well as the DF, it's not as heavy for one thing but It will be a lot easier to lug around and will chop just fine.

The DF is a handfull of a knife. At .275 inch thick it chops like a competition ax. I just wanted something lighter and made JJ an offer that is the best knife deal I have ever made.

I had one Rat scheduled to pick up this week, I have talked a local guy to hold it for me for a few weeks, so I felt bound to pay for it, but made a promise to myself that I will not buy a knife this week...
