a lot of modern bows are to powerful for wooden arrows. so you cant make your own I'd imagine the Excalibur would be one of these..... The thing about slingshots is the ammo is everywhere, just look down... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Those ZT's look awesome... Oh man, they are. I've never been into collecting folders, I was satisfied with what I had. Now I've got the bug. I can get a 3.5" XM-18 in October for retail. I'm not even sure if I want to now that I have these. I likely will anyways. Sigh... The lust for steel never ends. If I was into folders I would be all over those ZT's.....only folding blade I have is a Leatherman Charge TTi. I'll have to check the Charge out. I really wasn't into folders either. I got the 0560 because I needed some ELMAX after missing out on the ScrapMax 340s and then the 0550 because I loved the 0560 so much.

The way I see it you should at least carry a slingshot band and make your own Y frame if you need it....

I really like the Charge for what it is......which is extremely versatile in a small lightweight package.

I've got the titanium framed one, it's pretty light for how many tools it has....

i have a charge alx... nice but the black handle slabs dont stay black long. the wire cutters on my wave rolled. the sent me a referbed one that is in bette shape than my old one was. more than a fair traid for me. the one they sent looks brand new. only two tiny scratches on the handle. i had a sling shot and practised for six months......... i would take the bow.

my friend takes deer with his 200 lb pull cross bow clear out to 75 yards. when the guy shot alot he could hit a playing card at 75 yards.
