Looking at the 911 & R9 I'd say they're pretty much the same blank... So based on R4 a 411 with mudders would be a nice knife <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Yeah the 311 would have been nice as a FFG blade, but I willingly take mine the way it is. I just thinned out the edge a bit and like it a lot better. I traditionally thin out the edge on my knives. That's just the way I sharpen them, always done it that way and know how it works for me.
