well in this case I had it listed for $75 starting bid... guy pm's me says will you take $50. I didn't reply so when I relist guy says will you take $60.

my years on the sales floor just hardened me to this type of behavior. a genuine buyer doesn't pittle. they ask if you can work with them. yes or no they will buy or walk either way. if i can save you a few bucks then fine... if a guys says all I have is $50 but I need this for xyz then I'd sell it. but fishing and lowballing means he's looking for bragging rights or looking for kore benefits than the item. these are the types who can walk out the door and break the item in the parking lot and then want all their money back... was never worth dealing with them in the first place...

I know I'm making a bigger deal of it than it is but I dont like to encourage the lowballers so I don't deal with them..
