LOL! I've learned that the ones I have that are convexed are cutting machines. I've been working on convexing the ones I carry the most.

We've discussed this here many times, but I just guess I'm stubborn to change over. I get good results with my V grind edges and it works for me. The Convex has proven to be better, but mine works for me and I know how to do a passable job getting them the way I want.
